You elevate the team through your execution, judgment, and collaboration. EnvironmentThe team is composed of high-performing engineers who are trusted to lead within their scope. There is minimal bureaucracy and a strong bias toward action.Work is structured in short cycles, but expectations are outcome-driven, not process-driven.
