Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary The Senior Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. This role requires expertise in various technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js for front-end development, and Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, Ruby/Rails, PHP/Laravel for back-end development. The Senior Full-Stack Developer will mentor other developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical guidance to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-quality solutions. This position will report to the Development Lead and will focus on technical leadership rather than overall team management.Responsibilities and DutiesLead by example in terms of technical expertise and coding practices.Provide technical direction on projects, ensuring the use of modern technologies and methodologies.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.Implement user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Develop server-side logic using frameworks like Django, Spring Boot, Rails, or Laravel.Build and maintain databases, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.Write reusable and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional front-end code.Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.Participate in team discussions to contribute to the overall improvement of the development process.Work closely with the client services team to understand client requirements and ensure outputs meet or exceed their expectations.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Focus on improving the usability and accessibility of web applications.Troubleshoot and debug front-end and back-end issues to ensure a smooth user experience.Conduct regular testing and debugging to maintain the quality of web applications.Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and problem-solving techniques.Offer support and advice on career development within the context of technical growth.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.Contribute to the development and maintenance of a centralized knowledge base for full-stack development best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent of 3-4 years of additional hands-on experience.5 - 10 years of experience as a Full-stack developer. Certified JavaScript (React, Node.JS, Express.JS, Nest.JS, Strapi) Developer Certification Web Development Bootcamp Certification Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) Certification Database Management Certification(GCP/AWS/Azure) Certified Solutions Architect Certification ITIL Foundation CertificationStrong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js).Expertise in back-end development languages and frameworks (Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, Ruby/Rails, PHP/Laravel, etc.).Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL) and proficiency in database design and optimization.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.Leadership skills with the ability to lead technical discussions, make informed decisions, and mentor junior team members.Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic required; Turkish language proficiency preferred.
