Senior Finance Executive

What You'll DoFull Set of Accounts & Daily OperationsHandle the full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations for Singapore market Record daily transactions, process journal entries, issue invoices, and maintain accurate accounting recordsProcess purchase orders and ensure proper documentation across all financial transactionsMonth-End & Year-End ClosingOversee and ensure timely completion of monthly and year-end closing activitiesPrepare and review monthly financial reports, management accounts, and supporting schedulesAR & AP ManagementMonitor accounts receivable, manage debtor aging reports, and follow up on outstanding collectionsVerify supplier invoices, process accounts payable, and ensure timely vendor paymentsCompliance & Statutory ReportingEnsure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations for Singapore market Assist in the preparation of tax computations and statutory reporting requirements Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authoritiesBudgeting & Financial AnalysisSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid management decision-makingProcess Improvement & SystemsIdentify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and improve financial processesSupport ERP implementation, migration, or system enhancement initiatives where requiredStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with internal teams — Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Operations — to ensure smooth and aligned financial processesRequirementsDiploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related fieldMinimum 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full set of accounts exposureProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting systems or ERP software is an advantageKnowledge of project accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance is preferredProficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is requiredStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
