Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. ### 職務概要 MMJ DRAM Technology Group(DTG)のプロセスエンジニアとして、広島県のFab15において、モジュールエンジニアリング、材料開発、デバイスエンジニアリングにまたがる業務を担当し、次世代DRAM技術の開発を推進します。 DTG内で担当モジュールに関する開発活動に携わるほか、製造部門のプロセスインテグレーション部門とも連携しながら、次世代DRAM向けの新しいデバイスや材料の設計を行い、プロセスフローおよびプロセスインテグレーション手法の開発を担当します。 また、DTGで開発した新しいDRAM製品を製造拠点へ円滑に移管するために、革新的で量産に適したソリューションの検討・導入を行います。 さらに、拠点や組織を超えた知見共有と連携を推進し、広島、台湾、ボイシを含むMicronのProcess R&Dプロジェクトチームの一員として活動します。 ### プロジェクトに関する責任 * DTGにおいて担当するモジュールの技術移管業務全般を担当する * プロセスフロー * 装置選定 * レシピ最適化 * 評価・解析手法 * データ解析・解釈手法 * F15、F4、F16および量産工場(HVM Fab)との間で、担当モジュールに関する知見共有(x-learning)やBKM(Best Known Method)の展開を推進する * インライン測定、パラメトリック測定、プローブ測定、バーンイン試験、REL評価について、適切なKPIが設定・運用されていることを確認し、異常や切り替えに対して適切な対応が行われるようにする * YE、PE、RDA、PFA、Param、QAチームと連携し、課題や優先順位を把握する * 技術的な課題に対して解決策を提案し、リソースに関する課題は必要に応じてエスカレーションする * 必要に応じて、モジュール横断の活動やクリティカルパス上の案件を担当する * プロジェクトの中間マイルストーンを設定し、チームと協力して目標およびスケジュールの達成を推進する * Central Team、各プロセス部門、およびプランニングチームと連携し、MOR関連業務を定義する ### 個人としての責任 * プロジェクト期間を通じて、担当モジュールに関する技術的リーダーシップを発揮する * 複雑な課題を整理し、実施した対策や対応内容を取りまとめて説明する * 課題解決に向けた部門横断のコミュニケーションを推進する =========================================================== As a Process Engineer of MMJ DRAM Technology Group (DTG), you will be driving next generation of DRAM technology development through cross functional responsibilities of module engineering, materials development and device engineering in Fab15 (Hiroshima, Japan). You will interact with all assigned module related development activities in DTG but also work with related MFG Process Integration modules, developing process flows and process integration schemes with designing novel devices and new materials for next generation of DRAM, as well as finding innovative and manufacturable solutions to enable a successful transitioning of the new DRAM product which is developed in DTG to the manufacturing sites. You will ensure maximum synergy and cross learning between the different sites and organizations. You will also be a part of the Micron Process R&D Project team across the sites (Hiroshima, Taiwan and Boise). Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following) : Project responsibilities * Assume responsibility for all assigned module related transfer topics in DTG (including process flow, tool selection, recipe optimization, characterization and data interpretation methods). * Facilitate x-learning and BKM sharing for all related module related topics between F15, F4, F16 and HVM fabs . * Assure that the right KPI (key performance indicators) for inline, param, probe, burn and REL measurements are in place, assure appropriate reaction time for deviation and toggles. * Work with YE, PE, RDA, PFA, Param, and QA teams to understand issues and priorities. * Pro-actively address technical issues by proposing solutions and escalate resource conflicts. * Take on ownership for across module activities and items in the critical path if required. * Define sub-milestones for the project and work with the team to achieve the targets and timelines. * Work with Central Teams, Process areas, and planning teams to define MOR related activities. Individual responsibilities * Provide technical leadership for all of the related module activities for the lifetime of the project. * Summarize complex problems, derive and explain actions taken to address them. * Drive effective cross-functional communication on issue resolution.
