This is a senior leadership role with direct influence over how wescale our services, grow revenue,anddeliver measurable outcomesfor our clients. This role impacts a growing portfolio of U.S.-based and international clients and leads multi-functional teams across technology, operations, and security.

Role Details

  • Title:Senior Director, Technology
  • Location:Remote
  • Schedule:Monday–Friday, standard business hours
  • Availability:Occasional after-hours support for escalations
  • Travel:Limited, international travel (primarily to the United States) based on client and leadership needs
  • English Requirement: Advanced (Professional proficiency required)
  • Range:Base Compensation: $900,000 - $1,200,000 MXP Annually, + performance-based bonus

What the Senior Director of Technology Owns

Technology Strategy & Execution

  • Define and deliver amulti-year technology strategyaligned to growth, customer outcomes, and operational excellence. Turn executive priorities into clear, executable roadmaps andensure they are delivered.

Product & Service Innovation

  • Own and evolve ourservice catalog(offerings, SLAs, pricing, packaging).Partner with Sales and Marketingto bring solutions to market that resonate and sell.

Business & Financial Leadership

  • Own or influence revenue growth, gross margin, and service profitability.

Cybersecurity Leadership (Executive Oversight)

  • Provide senior sponsorship for thecybersecurity program.Partner with cybersecurity leadership toshape risk posture and roadmap. Communicate tradeoffs in clear business terms to executives and clients.

Operational Excellence & Service Delivery

  • Drive S/NOC performance, SLA delivery, and incident response. Build aculture of accountabilitywith metrics that matter.

Architecture & Platform Strategy

  • Lead enterprise architecture across cloud, data, networking, and integration.Simplify, standardize, and scale.

Executive & Client Influence

  • Act as atrusted advisor to internal leaders and clients. Translate complex technical topics intobusiness decisionsthat drive action.

People Leadership

  • Lead leaders across IT, architecture, operations, and security. Build a culture ofownership, accountability, and continuous improvement,and develop the next generation of leaders.

What You’ll Do in Your First 90 Days as Senior Director of Technology

  • Assess current services andidentify growth opportunities
  • Aligntechnology roadmapto revenue priorities
  • Establish KPIsacross operations and service delivery

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in technology (IT, architecture, product, operations)
  • Experience in MSP, MSSP, or recurring revenue service environments strongly preferred
  • 5+ years leadingleaders across multiple functions
  • Proven track record deliveringcomplex initiatives with real business impact
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, ROI)
  • Experience withservice catalogs, pricing, or productized offerings
  • Experience partnering with or overseeingcybersecurity functions

Nice to Have:

  • Experience inmulti-client environments and recurring revenue models
  • Executive-level communication with boards, clients, or senior leadership
