Senior Data AnalystJob Description:• Analyze complex datasets and deliver strategic business recommendations• Develop advanced SQL queries and scalable analytical solutions• Perform advanced data analysis using Python (Pandas)• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical models• Conduct root cause analysis and drive data-backed decision-making• Gather business requirements and recommend process improvements• Lead end-to-end analytical projects and present insights to senior stakeholders• Mentor junior analysts and establish analytical best practicesRequired Skills:• Strong SQL and Python (Pandas)• Google Sheets and Looker• Experience with data visualization tools• Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills• Business acumen and structured problem-solving• Ability to independently lead analytical projects in ambiguous environments• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGood to Have:• Knowledge of A/B Testing and basic Machine Learning• Experience with Shell Scripting• API integration and data extraction• Experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical workstreams
