L'équipe Digital New business a pour mission de définir, construire et industrialiser les expériences digitales "United" pour nos clients et coéquipiers, afin d'accélérer le business Wholesale, franchise et circularité. Notre mission est : Define, build, and industrialize the United digital experiences for customers and teammates to accelerate New business.

En tant que Data & AI Leader pour le domaine New Business models, sous la responsabilité directe du Directeur du Domaine, vous dirigerez et accompagnerez une équipe talentueuse de professionnels de la Data. Votre rôle sera d'aligner l'équipe autour des solutions techniques, de favoriser la collaboration et de livrer des produits à fort impact répondant aux besoins métier, tout en garantissant le respect des directives de l'entreprise.

Missions principales :

  • Incarner le leadership de l'équipe Data et la culture de la performance.

  • Piloter la stratégie et l'innovation Data & IA.

  • Diriger la livraison des solutions et l'excellence technique au sein d'une organisation Product (en collaboration étroite avec les responsables Ingénierie, Produit et Design).

  • Maintenir la gouvernance des données et l'éthique de l'IA, en alignant les pratiques au sein de la Unit Customer & Omnicommerce.

  • Gérer la relation avec les parties prenantes et le storytelling.

  • Développer, enrichir et prendre soin des collaborateurs de l'équipe Data.

Rôle et compétences :

1. Management d'équipe et des collaborateurs

  • Piloter le recrutement, l'intégration (onboarding) et le développement professionnel.

  • Manager les managers et les contributeurs individuels.

  • Favoriser une culture d'équipe positive et inclusive, promouvant la collaboration et l'apprentissage continu.

  • Gérer les contraintes budgétaires, veiller au moral et à l'engagement de l'équipe.

  • Offrir un soutien et un accompagnement continus pour aider les membres de l'équipe à s'épanouir et développer de nouvelles compétences.

2. Livraison de produits Data & IA

  • Collaborer avec les Product Managers et les parties prenantes métier pour définir et prioriser les fonctionnalités des produits.

  • Garantir la faisabilité technique et gérer le catalogue de solutions data.

  • Livrer des produits Data & IA solides et évolutifs, des MVP jusqu'aux solutions industrialisées, en assurant le suivi et la maintenance opérationnelle.

  • Définir les KPI et suivre l'impact des produits Data & IA.

3. Leadership Data

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie data, en créant une feuille de route alignée sur les objectifs métier.

  • Influencer le métier en promouvant la prise de décision fondée sur les données et en remettant en question le statu quo.

  • Contribuer activement à la stratégie data globale, en favorisant les synergies et le partage de connaissances au sein de la communauté data.

4. Collaboration transversale

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes ingénierie, produit et métier pour développer des solutions axées sur la donnée.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes d'experts et d'autres domaines pour faire avancer les initiatives data.

  • Gérer les attentes des parties prenantes et garantir la réussite de la livraison des projets.
