Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.What you need to have to be considered:• 10–15+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale, enterprise transformation programs.• Strong experience developing OCM strategy, training, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness plans..• Strong expertise in executive stakeholder management, communications strategy, and enterprise-wide training initiatives.• Extensive experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption strategies at scale.• Strong client-facing consulting experience, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex organizations.• Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe.These will help you stand out:• Experience supporting M&A integration or future-state operating model design.• Experience working in matrixed environments on global programs.• Experience creating OCM frameworks or assets.• Strong facilitation and executive communication.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $94,050 CAD - $148,500 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
