Senior Civil Engineer

Possess good communication, organization, and leadership skills. Civil engineering, site, utility and infrastructure design proficiency in commercial and industrial architecture and engineering with a primary focus on mission critical data center campus design. Able to work with other technical and non-technical groups in a fast-paced environment and do so with an even temperament and a results-oriented collaborative manner. Operate with integrity, be methodical and detailed-oriented. Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field AND 3+ years of technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field AND 5+ years of technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience. Professional Engineer (PE) License in Civil Engineering. Doctorate in Civil Engineering or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience OR Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience. Experience contributing to civil engineering design efforts for large-scale critical facilities or infrastructure development projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Experience leading or coordinating engineering workstreams and supporting civil engineering processes for large-scale campus or infrastructure environments. Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar design and collaboration tools. Experience supporting site selection, due diligence, permitting, land acquisition, master planning, or site development activities with internal and external stakeholders. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Experience in civil engineering design, infrastructure development, or related technical disciplines. Experience supporting mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure environments. Experience developing business cases and evaluating technical design approaches and engineering solutions. English proficiency; Spanish, Portuguese, or French language skills are a plus.
