SoC Qualifications: * Lead top-level SoC integration including CPU subsystem, interconnect, peripheral IPs, clock/power/reset structures, and test structures. * Own SoC RTL integration, lint/CDC/RC checking, synthesis constraints, and timing closure support. * Define and maintain SoC-level interfaces, connectivity, and integration specifications. * Collaborate with architecture and design teams to ensure seamless IP integration and system-level consistency. * Integrate and validate CPU cores or CPU clusters (ARM, ARC, RISC‑V, or proprietary designs). * Optimize performance, power, and area (PPA) at the CPU and SoC boundaries. * Collaborate with DFT teams to integrate scan, MBIST, LBIST, boundary scan, and other test structures at the SoC level. * Ensure testability requirements and coverage goals are met for production. * Bring up test modes, vectors, and patterns during pre-silicon validation. * Work closely with physical design, verification, firmware, and validation teams throughout the full chip development cycle. * Support pre-silicon simulation, emulation, and post-silicon bring-up. * Drive root-cause analysis and issue resolution during integration and silicon debug. PCIe Qualifications: * Experience with high-speed protocols: PCIe, USB, SATA, DisplayPort, HDMI. Etc. * Knowledge and/or experience in PCIe PHY or SerDes design is required. * Knowledge and/or experience in large scale design projects is required. * Knowledge of storage or memory device protocols: NVMe is a plus. * MS degree in Electrical Engineering with 13+ years of experience is required IP Qualifications: * Proficiency in RTL and/or testbench development using Verilog or SystemVerilog. * Skilled in designing, implementing, and debugging complex logic, as well as integrating IP into more advanced systems. * Capable of writing micro-architecture specifications, implementing RTL designs, and working with the verification team to ensure thorough validation. * Experienced in collaborating with teams such as SOC Design, SOC Design Verification, Emulation, STA, Physical Design, Software, and System. * Understanding of AMBA AXI/AHB system-on-chip interconnect protocols. * Familiarity with high-speed protocols like PCIe, USB, SATA, DisplayPort, and HDMI is a plus. * Knowledge of storage or memory device protocols such as NVMe, CXL, and DDR is a plus. * Awareness of AI/ML concepts and openness to using AI-enhanced engineering tools in daily tasks. * Ability to assess and utilize AI-enabled features in EDA tools when relevant. * MS in Electrical Engineering with 7–10 years of design experience required. Preferred Skills and Experience * Hands-on experience with Design/Verification CAD tools such as VCS, VC-Spyglass CDC, LINT, RDC, LEC, Design Compiler, Formality, PrimeTime, etc. * Knowledge and/or experience in large scale design projects is required.
