About the role:

The Senior Analyst, CEE FP&A is responsible for the preparation and analysis of accurate financial data (plans, forecasts, latest estimates, monthly reports etc.) and initial variance analysis & support as well as the resolution of ad-hoc requests and analysis on all financial aspects of the business. This position involves close collaboration with many internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create, consolidate and present financial reports to management or other members of the finance function in order to support with business planning and business control within the organization.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with various departments, being actively involved in the planning process.
  • Develop analysis and management reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Proactively investigate automation opportunities and coordinate their realization with IT from idea to go-live and testing.
  • Identify and provide insights into movement between actuals, forecasts, prior year, latest estimates and targets, along with supporting variance analyses.
  • Support ad-hoc, time-sensitive analysis requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with processes and procedures, recommend corrective action when identified and maintain suitable records to demonstrate compliance.
  • Coordinate processes and interact with the other FP&A analysts in other BC locations.

About you:

  • 8+ years of experience in finances, including Controlling and/or FP&A and/or Reporting with obligatory accounting understanding.
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Data analytics and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Good operational knowledge of MS Office software with advanced Excel skills (Tables, Pivot Tables, lookups variants).
  • Experience with BI tools, SAP and Business Warehouse preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
  • Hands-on and detail-conscious work style, committed and accurate.
