Responsible for accounts reconciliation business administration support in Blackline tool.

Key job responsibilities involve proactively managing the Blackline business administration.


The main tasks include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for application support, fostering clear communication and efficient problem-solving.
  • Collaborating closely with the system owner to effectively delegate staffing during critical close periods.
  • Defining and articulating requirements for system changes, including necessary fixes and enhancements, to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with Technical Support to seamlessly implement system changes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Upholding Chevron compliance standards to maintain the integrity of operations.
  • Addressing internal controls compliance requirements to strengthen our overall framework.
  • Conducting thorough annual Risk Assessments and IP and Data Privacy compliance reviews, incorporating valuable input from Technical Support and system administrators.
  • Keeping primary documentation well-organized and updated to support transparency and accessibility.
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure that appropriate technical support coverage is consistently available.
  • Identifying and recommending constructive processes and technical improvements to system owners to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
