Senior Account Executive - Public Sector

Build and grow executive relationships across strategic Government accounts. Lead customer strategy, account planning, and business growth initiatives. Identify, shape, and close transformational opportunities across AI, Security, Modern Work, and Azure. Orchestrate virtual teams to deliver customer success and long-term business value. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers and influence strategic technology investments. Drive pipeline, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence across the assigned portfolio. We're looking for a strategic leader with a passion for public sector transformation and a track record of influencing decision-making at the highest levels. Master's Degree in Business Administration AND several years experience working in OR with public sector , driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND several years experience working in OR with public sector, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience Experience in government, management consulting, technology, or business transformation roles Fluent in both Swedish and English languages Understanding of AI, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, digital sovereignty, and critical infrastructure Proven ability to engage and advise senior executives and public sector leaders on strategic priorities Demonstrated success in identifying new opportunities, driving growth, and leading complex stakeholder engagement Proven communication, relationship-building, and executive presence Ability to translate industry trends and policy developments into actionable business strategies Experience driving thought leadership and representing organizations at industry events and executive forums
