Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all security, health & safety and fire safety operations across the development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional with a strong background in high-end residential environments who can lead by example while ensuring the highest standards of resident safety, security and customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day security and safety operation across the development.Supervise the security team and manage the performance of security contractors.Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, contractors and staff at all times.Oversee CCTV systems, access control and all security-related procedures.Monitor compliance with health & safety and fire safety legislation.Conduct regular inspections, audits and risk assessments.Coordinate emergency response procedures and incident investigations.Manage contractor compliance and ensure all works are carried out safely.Deliver training and guidance to the team on security, fire safety and health & safety procedures.Produce reports, maintain accurate records and ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met.Support the General Manager with operational management and participate in the weekend duty management rota. Requirements Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a luxury residential development.Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence.Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practice.Excellent understanding of fire safety procedures and emergency response.Experience managing and operating CCTV and access control systems.Knowledge of relevant legislation relating to trespass, dealing with unauthorised persons and incident management.Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.Professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
