Security Cloud Solution Architecture Manager

Lead and develop a team of Security Cloud Solution Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence. Partner with customer executives to shape security strategies, modernization initiatives, and long-term technology investments. Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a strategic advisor on cybersecurity, compliance, and emerging technologies. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 10+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting, technology solutions, architecture, or consulting; or equivalent experience. 5+ years of people management experience. Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience. 8+ years of customer-facing experience. 8+ years leading technical teams, projects, or functions. Cloud and/or security certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, security certifications). 8+ years of people management experience.
