Location: South SanFrancisco, CADuration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr on W2Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick Leave, 401KJob SummaryIn this role, you will be supporting genome engineering and synthetic biology initiatives. This role contributes to cell therapy development and disease‑modeling programs. - Maintain, monitor, and quality‑check cell lines in culture
- BS/MS + 5 years industry experience or PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, or related field
- Strong hands‑on mammalian cell culture experience
- Experience with primary T cells and iPSCs
- Skills in: DNA/RNA/protein extraction, molecular cloning, PCR/RT‑PCR/ddPCR, FACS, CRISPR editing, siRNA/shRNA, SDS‑PAGE, immunoblotting, cell‑based assays, NGS, viral vector work
- Familiarity with analysis tools such as Benchling, SnapGene, FlowJo, GraphPad Prism
