A high-achieving secondary school in Newcastle is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join its successful department on a full-time basis, with an ASAP start.

Experience and Qualifications
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Degree in Science or a related subject
Strong subject knowledge
Experience teaching Science at secondary level
Ability to teach confidently across KS3 to KS5
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for Science and education
ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
Prepare students effectively for GCSE and A Level examinations
Assess and monitor student progress
Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Encourage students to develop their scientific knowledge and practical skills
Contribute to departmental planning and wider school activities
