Our client is seeking a reliable, hands-on School Caretaker to join their dedicated premises department from September. Operating on a flexible shift pattern, you will take daily responsibility for maintaining a safe, clean, and mechanically efficient environment for pupils and staff.
Key duties include executing morning unlocking or evening lockup routines, carrying out first-line reactive fabric repairs (basic plumbing, carpentry, and redecoration), managing hall setups for assemblies and clubs, and logging routine statutory safety checks—such as fire alarm tests, emergency lighting checks, and water hygiene temperature logs.
