Detailed Responsibilities
Budget Accountability:Providing the Board of Governors with detailed monthly financial reports and ensuring the school meets all Academies Financial Handbook requirements.
Procurement:Managing the tendering process for school services (catering, cleaning, IT) to ensure "Best Value" and high-quality service delivery.
Risk Management:Maintaining the school’s Risk Register and ensuring robust insurance cover and disaster recovery plans are in place.
Staff Mentorship:Providing high-level leadership to the office and site teams, fostering a culture of professional growth and efficiency.
