Define and own the overall architecture strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud and enterprise Salesforce implementationsLead architecture discussions with business stakeholders enterprise architects product owners and technical teams to align AIpowered solutions with business objectivesDesign scalable secure and highperforming Agentforce solutions leveraging Agent Builder Prompt Builder Copilot Actions Data Cloud Einstein AI and Salesforce platform capabilitiesArchitect intelligent agents conversation flows topics actions prompts and knowledgedriven experiences to automate business processes and enhance customer and employee engagementEstablish architecture standards governance frameworks design principles and best practices for Agentforce and Generative AI implementationsDefine enterprise integration architectures between Salesforce Data Cloud Agentforce external applications middleware platforms and AI servicesEvaluate and recommend AI Data Cloud and Salesforce platform capabilities to address business challenges and drive digital transformation initiativesLead solution design reviews architecture governance boards and technical assessments across multiple projects and programsEnsure scalability performance security compliance and responsible AI practices are embedded into all solution designsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects technical leads developers and project teamsCollaborate with business and technology leadership to define longterm Salesforce and AI adoption strategies
