Sales Executive – Scrap Plastic Material / Polymer

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established plastic trading business with a strong presence in domestic and export markets. Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive – Scrap Plastic Material to support business development and sales growth across UAE.Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities for scrap plastic materials (PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, etc.).- Manage domestic sales and export inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.- Build and maintain strong relationships with recyclers, processors, and trading partners.- Track market prices, demand-supply trends, and competitor activity within India.- Coordinate with procurement, quality inspection, and logistics teams for smooth execution.- Assist in negotiating pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client databases.Requirements- Minimum 2+ years of experience in scrap plastic sales, plastic recycling, or bulk commodity trading.- Strong knowledge of scrap plastic grades, sourcing, quality parameters, and pricing trends.- Experience handling domestic logistics and/or export documentation is preferred.- Good communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is an advantage.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients independentlyBenefits- Attractive salary with benefits- Career growth opportunities in a growing plastic trading businessBlack & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established plastic trading business with a strong presence in domestic and export markets.
