Lead planning processes by translating business priorities into operating plans, milestones, ownership models, and governance mechanisms. Own rhythm of business leadership, including business reviews, operating cadences, agenda planning, action tracking, decision logs, and follow-through. Drive business performance management through scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, pipeline inspection, forecast analysis, sales productivity insights, and executive-ready reporting. Partner with specialist team to improve account health, opportunity hygiene, process adherence, and execution discipline. Analyze sales and business data to identify trends, risks, blockers, and opportunities, and convert insights into practical recommendations for leadership teams. Prepare high-quality executive communications, narratives, business review materials, performance summaries, and decision-support content. Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, MCAPS-Core, partner teams, and business operations stakeholders. Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies, then simplify, standardize, and improve business processes and sales operating practices. Lead strategic initiatives, special projects, and transformation efforts that improve operational excellence, seller productivity, business accountability, and organizational effectivenes Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and sales excellence or business management experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing rhythm of business activities, scorecards, KPIs, leadership updates, action tracking, or executive-ready business materials. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across senior leaders, sales teams, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and cross-functional partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise, and actionable business narratives. Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes, and drive adoption of operating practices across teams. Ability to synthesize business signals into executive narratives, decision materials, communications, and action plans. Project or program management capability, including the ability to manage ambiguity, coordinate dependencies, track actions, and drive outcomes through influence Experience in a complex technology sales organization, commercial sales environment, revenue operations function, or global/regional business operations team. Experience using Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, or business intelligence and reporting tools to support sales and business performance management. Experience supporting budget planning, headcount tracking, resource management, workforce planning, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
