Own commercial data and Sales Operations processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery across sales targets, incentives, master data, KPIs, and commercial systems.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Manage sales target and incentive data, including setup, validation, and maintenance.
- Own commercial master data across customer, product, channel, hierarchy, and territory.
- Support KPI/performance reporting and provide ad-hoc commercial analysis.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Category, and Regional teams to resolve data and system issues.
- Support UAT, system enhancements, and business requirement validation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales/Commercial Operations, Data Analytics, Master Data, or BI.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; Power BI/SQL is a plus.
- Understanding of commercial processes, KPIs, and incentive mechanisms.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and ownership.
- FMCGs experience preferred.
