What You’ll Do<\/span><\/p>\n

- Develop and execute comprehensive compliance plans and regulatory strategies for target markets.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Coordinate & execute product safety testing with internal labs and third-party certification bodies.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Mitigate safety hazards and lead root-cause investigations for compliance issues.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Maintain meticulous technical files, test reports, and regulatory documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Legal teams throughout the product life cycle.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Manage country-specific certifications using local agent networks across 200+ territories.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Audit manufacturing processes to ensure ongoing compliance and lab accreditation (A2LA, ULDAP).<\/span><\/li>\n
- Stay current with industry trends and evolving global product regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Ability to lift 40lbs.<\/span><\/li>\n

<\/p>\nRequired Education and Experience<\/span><\/p>\n

- BS/MS in Engineering with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in GMA and product safety for complex networking products.<\/span><\/li>\n
- PMP or MBA is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\nTechnical Knowledge and Expertise<\/span><\/p>\n
- \n
- Deep knowledge of IEC standards and global regulations related to networking equipment. UL/IEC 62368-1, IEC 60825-1 and CDRH laser safety.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Hands-on experience performing safety testing and configuring networking equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Expertise in international telecommunications regulations (ITRs) and regional certifications (BSMI, Anatel).<\/span><\/li>\n
