As a Senior Mechanic on our in-house fleet team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing a wide range of vehicles and equipment, including diesel/gas trucks, commercial mowers, and two-cycle equipment. This role is essential in upholding our company's image and keeping our operations teams working safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:\u00A0
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of fleet vehicles and equipment, including power equipment, mowers, trucks, trailers, and other landscape tools
- Recondition vehicles and equipment twice a year to ensure they meet company image standards and are safe, reliable, and ready for use
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Accurately document and maintain service and repair records\u00A0
- Provide exceptional internal customer service, prioritizing efficiency, quality, and communication\u00A0
- Assist with other operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- A safety-first mindset with a commitment to adhering to safety regulations and promoting safe work practices
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on mechanical experience\u00A0
- Strong mechanical aptitude, especially with gas/diesel vehicles and landscaping equipment\u00A0
- Ability to supply personal tools as needed to perform the role\u00A0
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization\u00A0
- Strong communication and organizational skills\u00A0
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality\u00A0
- Experience with diesel engines and bilingual ability (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required

Where You Fit In As a Senior Mechanic on our in-house fleet team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing a wide range of vehicles and equipment, including diesel/gas trucks, commercial mowers, and two-cycle equipment. This role is essential in upholding our company's image and keeping our operations teams working safely and efficiently.
