Job Description: We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. The primary focus of the selected candidate would be on developing user interface components implementing and executing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Also ensuring that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to manage. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important. Responsibilities:Developing the latest user-facing features using React.jsDesigning a modern highly responsive web-based user interfaceBuilding reusable components and front-end libraries for future useTranslating designs and wireframes into high-quality codeLearn and understand user interactionsOptimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsersCoordinating with various teams working on distinct layersAs a React.js Developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive. Technical skills:Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object modelStrong proficiency in CSSThorough understanding of React.js and its core principlesExperience on building complex React AppExperience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)Experience with popular unit testing frameworks/libraries(such as Jest/Jasmin/React Testing Library/Enzyme)Experience with Redux SagaFamiliarity with newer specifications of ES6Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plusFamiliarity with RESTful APIsKnowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web TokenFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and toolsExperience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsA knack for benchmarking and optimizationFamiliarity with code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}Having knowledge and experience on Micro Frontend architecture and AWS is bonus points Non-technical skills:Team playerExcellent time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliar with Agile/Scrum
