To respond to the priorities of the Government of Ontario through the passage of the Bill 5, Protect Ontario by Unleashing Our Economy Act 2025, the resource may be partially assigned to Bill 5 related projects or initiatives on an as needed basis. Responsibilities: Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for a License and Permit System (Salesforce Public Sector Foundation) for clients with diverse business and technological needs. Manage user stories in Azure DevOps tools including updating user stories, product backlog items, providing input in developing Product roadmap, validating and testing user stories before passing to business and working close with QA resource to help build test cases and scenarios including test data Populate 'Acceptance Criteria' and all other critical details in user stories required for development team and business SME's. Communicate user stories to development team and ensure all information is provided to move forward. Leads and conducts business analysis in order to assess clients business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be determined.
