Job Summary
• This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing robotic automation solutions. The role leverages technical expertise to design, build, and deploy robotic processes that streamline and enhance business operations. The role applies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments. The role supports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.
Responsibilities
• Designs, develops, and tests RPA bots and automation workflows using industry-leading RPA platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Builds robotic automation solutions for new technologies designed to ensure high levels of product quality.
• Develops cutting edge robotics technology at the intersection of machine learning, AI, and classical robotics.
• Designs and implements algorithms that run on a robot in real-time that involves autonomous interactions with the surrounding world in an uncontrolled environment.
• Configures RPA software to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, data extraction, and other manual processes.
• Integrates RPA solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
• Conducts thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA bots to ensure accurate and error-free automation.
• Provides ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing RPA solutions, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operation.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Maintains proper documentation for the RPA solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and post production.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, agile development methodology, or a related field.
