About the Role
The company is looking for a results-drivenRVP of Salesbased inAustin, TX(hybrid: 3 days/week in-office) to own and scale its new customer acquisition and expansion revenue strategy in the U.S. market. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll lead a team of Account Executives and focus on growing ACV in your region.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new customer acquisition and pipeline strategies

  • Coach, support, and scale a team of AEs to consistently exceed targets

  • Jump in to help close key deals and support expansion with Customer Success

  • Forecast accurately, share performance insights, and optimize processes

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales talent

  • Identify growth opportunities in new verticals and markets

  • Collaborate with tech teams to evolve systems architecture for scale

About You

  • 5+ years in SaaS Sales Leadership; proven ACV and team growth experience

  • Experience scaling a business from $20M to $100M+ in revenue

  • Track record building highly efficient and effective sales teams

  • A self-starter with urgency, energy, and attention to detail

  • Comfortable influencing at all levels of an organization

  • Excellent communicator; highly relational

  • Proficient with tools like Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite
