Our Robotics Service Technicians partner with our US customers to assist with all technical and servicing situations to ensure top client satisfaction. These field professionals travel regularly (80%+) within the United States. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (not exhaustive)Traveling to customer sites regularly as well as providing remote technical customer supportWorking from residential office when not travelingProviding technical support for onsite sales trials, demonstrations, and deploymentsCommissioning of robots on-site: map creation/design, cleaning zones programming, testing and functional calibrationTraining and certifying customers in use of robotsProviding technical services and troubleshooting support (onsite and remote) to all inquiries/faults encountered by the customersCollaborating with the internal Engineering teams for troubleshooting and resolutionDocumenting service situations and outcomes for each onsite visit, customer calls, and/or emailsRetaining subject matter expertise with the latest cleaning robot technology and advancement in order to enhance customer satisfaction MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree in robotics/mechatronics, electrical, electronic, mechanical, information technology or equivalent focus of study2+ years of working experience in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields1+ years of professional experience performing customer service in-person and/or remotelyPrevious working experience leading adult trainingAbility to regularly travel throughout North America (80%+)Ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular basisHolds a valid Driver’s LicenseHas an insured reliable vehicle (to travel to local customer sites)Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employerSuccessfully fulfill pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks for criminal and motor vehicle records PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSFirm technical knowledge/experience of diagrams, engineering schematics and/or electrical diagramsPrior experience in technical sales and/or technical after-sales supportProven work history of creating strong business relationshipsStrong verbal and written communication skillsResourceful and creative problem-solverAble to work successfully independently as well as part of an agile teamEager to learn with a customer-centric approachDetail oriented and high organizational skills Join us and become part of an exceptional team that dares to challenge conventions, embraces innovation, and unleashes full potential.
