Our client, a leading advisory firm specializing in financial services, is looking for a professional with at least 2 years of experience in risk management to help clients in the financial sector manage strategic, operational, and financial risks. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in the Risk & Compliance practice while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.As a Risk Management Consultant, you will:Support as an external risk manager in setting up an independent risk management function.Advise clients on structuring risk management within their organization.Assist in designing and implementing risk management systems.Provide guidance on risk strategy, risk policies, and risk appetite.Lead risk (self) assessments to ensure clients are well-prepared for internal and external challenges.Prepare clients for regulatory changes and work with colleagues to create best practices for adapting to new regulations.Offer support during interactions with regulatory authorities, such as responding to inquiries from AFM/DNB.If interested, conduct trainings and contribute to developing courses for the in-house Ministry of Compliance.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience as a risk professional, either in consultancy or within a risk management department in the financial sector.Knowledge of common risk standards in the financial sector, such as ISO, COSO, Solvency II, IORP II, or Basel.
