Restaurant Custodian - Maintenance

Location: 801 UNIVERSITY STREET, MARTIN, TN, 38237 The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:• Filtering oil fryers daily• Maintaining outside grounds• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms including floors and walls• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week• Taking out and emptying trash dumpster• Change light bulbs• Cleaning filters of HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
