The position
The\u00A0Associate Project Manager\u00A0will manage\u00A0engineering and related issues across a broad range of cross portfolio projects.\u00A0The\u00A0role may be involved in Wind,\u00A0Solar\u00A0&\u00A0Battery\u00A0Storage\u00A0projects,\u00A0assisting\u00A0Asset Managers and Site Managers in the Management of the RES\u00A0Asset Management, ensuring adherence to best practice for safety,\u00A0quality,\u00A0and environmental performance throughout the project lifecycle.
The role will\u00A0form part of the Operations Support and Advisory Team\u00A0who\u00A0support\u00A0the\u00A0Global\u00A0Asset Management Teams\u00A0with the integration and adoption of projects into the portfolio, as well as\u00A0the implementation of new services that are developed by the team.
Organisational Context
The Associate Project Manager will report to the Senior Operations Support Manager, joining a team of Associate Project Managers with broad experience across Wind, Solar and Battery Storage. They will have an influential role as part of the Operations Support and Advisory Team in leading, developing and ensuring the performance of the Additional Services that are provided to our customers. Additional services are those outside the scope of our Asset Management agreements.
The Associate Project Manager shall work across all disciplines, understanding the procurement, contract, technical and site requirements related to each project.
The role will promote and enhance the\u00A0Operations Support and Advisory Team\u00A0and shall be highly visible role within Asset Management, with occasional travel required to regional offices or sites\u00A0within the portfolio.\u00A0The role can be based in any of our regions where we have an Asset Management presence, there\u00A0will\u00A0be opportunities to support projects\u00A0in other regions\u00A0or countries.
Accountabilities
The Associate Project Manager will:
Help ensure high HSQE standards across our portfolio
Act as Onboarding Lead by:
- Managing\u00A0the onboarding\u00A0of\u00A0new\u00A0renewable energy assets into the\u00A0asset management\u00A0portfolio\u00A0before they are handed to an Asset Manager
- Ensuring all elements of the Onboarding Process are completed by collaborating with other teams including OT, AOS, Finance, Control centre.
Act as Project Manager on Additional Services projects by:
- Identifying opportunities within the Asset Management portfolio
- Developing\u00A0and executing\u00A0Additional Services activity from owner approval to completion on Wind, Solar & Storage Assets
- Ensuring\u00A0compliance and deliverables are met, including direct supervision of various works\u00A0and\u00A0oversight of\u00A0contractors as required
- Leading\u00A0on specific contract improvement plans to support the Commercial AM\u00A0Team
Act as Project Manager for the Asset Management team by:
- Developing\u00A0risk, compliance, and performance processes\u00A0which support\u00A0growth and cost reduction targets
- Supporting\u00A0other teams within\u00A0RES\u00A0Services\u00A0including Advisory, ESG, Commercial,\u00A0and OT/Cyber
\u00A0Act as Project Manager on Cyber Assessment of operational assets by:
- Working with\u00A03rd\u00A0party suppliers to deliver\u00A0Cyber Security Assessments
- Working with RES Operational Technology Team\u00A0to\u00A0upgrade\u00A0OT hardware on operational assets and maintain\u00A0the hardware
Support the Operations Support and Advisory Team by:
- Leading\u00A0on areas of personal expertise as part of the\u00A0Operations Support and Advisory\u00A0Team\u00A0objectives.
- Actively\u00A0participating\u00A0in Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Standardisation activities to develop RES services
Knowledge
- Knowledge of\u00A0any or all\u00A0renewable technology\u00A0projects\u00A0(Wind, Solar & Storage)\u00A0in either design, construction, or operations
- Knowledge of Cyber Security on renewable assets (preferable)
- Health and safety management systems
- CDM\u00A0Regulations

- Fluency in English with knowledge of\u00A0other languages advantageous (French and / or Spanish)

The Associate Project Manager will report to the Senior Operations Support Manager, joining a team of Associate Project Managers with broad experience across Wind, Solar and Battery Storage. They will have an influential role as part of the Operations Support and Advisory Team in leading, developing and ensuring the performance of the Additional Services that are provided to our customers. Additional services are those outside the scope of our Asset Management agreements.
The Associate Project Manager shall work across all disciplines, understanding the procurement, contract, technical and site requirements related to each project.

Accountabilities
The Associate Project Manager will:
Help ensure high HSQE standards across our portfolio
Act as Onboarding Lead by:
- Managing\u00A0the onboarding\u00A0of\u00A0new\u00A0renewable energy assets into the\u00A0asset management\u00A0portfolio\u00A0before they are handed to an Asset Manager
- Ensuring all elements of the Onboarding Process are completed by collaborating with other teams including OT, AOS, Finance, Control centre.
Act as Project Manager on Additional Services projects by:
- Identifying opportunities within the Asset Management portfolio
- Developing\u00A0and executing\u00A0Additional Services activity from owner approval to completion on Wind, Solar & Storage Assets
- Ensuring\u00A0compliance and deliverables are met, including direct supervision of various works\u00A0and\u00A0oversight of\u00A0contractors as required
- Leading\u00A0on specific contract improvement plans to support the Commercial AM\u00A0Team
Act as Project Manager for the Asset Management team by:

- Working with RES Operational Technology Team\u00A0to\u00A0upgrade\u00A0OT hardware on operational assets and maintain\u00A0the hardware
Support the Operations Support and Advisory Team by:
- Leading\u00A0on areas of personal expertise as part of the\u00A0Operations Support and Advisory\u00A0Team\u00A0objectives.
- Actively\u00A0participating\u00A0in Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Standardisation activities to develop RES services
Knowledge
