Job Description
- Technical Design & Optimization: Oversee multi-disciplinary engineering plans (Civil, Electrical, Structural) with a focus on maximizing system yield and minimizing LCOE.
- Grid Integration: Lead the technical interconnection process, managing relationships with utilities and ensuring compliance with evolving grid codes.
- EPC Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact for EPC contractors, conducting design reviews and ensuring QA/QC standards are met on-site.
- Technology Integration: Implement advanced solutions including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), SCADA platforms, and performance-monitoring Digital Twins.
- Permitting & Compliance: Support the project development team in securing technical permits and meeting environmental and ESG regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
- Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in renewable energy project management.
- In-depth technical knowledge of solar, wind, and energy storage systems.
- Excellent project management and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to Italy on business (1–2 weeks per month)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian/Polish.
- Advanced IT skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint. PowerBI is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Expertise in renewable energy (solar, wind, storage).
