Key Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you will:
Process Optimization & Innovation
- Supportprocess optimization and automation initiativeswithin the Regulatory Affairs area
- Conductprocess mappingto identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to enhancing workflows, controls, and databases
Regulatory Operations Support
- Assist withdocumentation consolidation and Invima dossier assembly
- Support daily operational and technical regulatory activities
- Help maintain accuracy and compliance in regulatory records
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze data, generate insights, andprepare reports to support decision-making
- Ensure data consistency throughcleaning and preprocessing tasks
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work withmultifunctional teamson joint projects across departments
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking students who are:
- Currently pursuing a degree inBiomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Electronic Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or related fields
- Interested inregulatory processes, data, and continuous improvement
- Able to work collaboratively in a structured and detail-oriented environment
Required & Desired Skills
Required:
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellentcommunication and teamwork abilities
- Ability tomap, document, and communicate processes clearly
Desired:
- Skills indata cleaning and preprocessingto ensure accuracy and consistency
