Plant Operator – Rosehill, NSW
At Downer, we deliver integrated services that create and sustain communities. Join our team at our state-of-the-art RAP Processing Facility in Rosehill, NSW, where we process and recycle more than 100,000 tonnes of waste annually, recovering up to 95% of materials for reuse in Asphalt & Civil works.
We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Plant Operator with Front End Loader & Excavator experience to support our growing operations team.
What You'll Bring:
• White Card (General Construction Induction Card) – Essential
• Proven experience operating a Front End Loader – Essential
• Current Australian Driver's Licence – Essential
• Truck/Rigid (HR or MR) Licence – Highly regarded
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude to assist with basic plant maintenance and troubleshooting – Beneficial
• Experience within recycling, waste, manufacturing, or production environments – Desirable
• Strong commitment to Zero Harm and workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude
