Job description

Recruitment Coordinator

About Chapter 2

Talent Operations

At Chapter 2, we're redefining the future of talent through AI-powered and human-led solutions. We combine technology with deep expertise to build scalable talent ecosystems that help organisations hire smarter, move faster, and achieve better outcomes.

We operate as embedded specialists, not a marketplace supplier. Our teams sit inside our clients' businesses and become an extension of their talent function, supporting the hiring that drives their growth.

The Role

We're hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing recruitment operations across our client accounts.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people and processes, and takes pride in keeping recruitment activity organised and moving forward. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, ensuring every stage of the recruitment process is coordinated efficiently and that candidates have a positive experience.

You'll be an important part of the engine behind successful hiring — keeping calendars, communication, systems and stakeholders aligned.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate and hiring manager schedules across multiple roles and clients.

  • Own candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience.

  • Support recruiters with interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback collection and process administration.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information across recruitment systems and trackers.

  • Prepare interview schedules, candidate packs, reports and other recruitment documentation.

  • Liaise with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers to resolve scheduling or process-related queries quickly.

  • Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure candidates are progressing through each stage of the process.

  • Support onboarding and offer administration where required.

  • Help maintain strong recruitment processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider Talent Operations team to deliver a consistent, high-quality service to clients.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–3 years' experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration or a similar people-focused role.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach — you're someone who sees what needs to be done and gets on with it.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing candidate information and recruitment processes.

  • Comfortable working with recruitment systems, ATS platforms, spreadsheets and scheduling tools.

  • Confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders at different levels.

  • A genuine interest in recruitment and creating a great candidate experience.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment.

  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.

What We Offer

  • Embedded work with real ownership, supporting high-growth clients and becoming an extension of their talent teams.

  • Hybrid working from Berlin.

  • Exposure to a broad range of recruitment processes, clients and talent markets.

  • A technology-enabled environment where AI and automation are used to improve the way we work.

  • Dedicated budget and time for learning and development.

  • A collaborative, supportive team with regular feedback and coaching.

  • The opportunity to grow your career within a scaling Talent Operations business.
