We’re on the lookout for a motivated, detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our in-house recruitment team on a permanent full-time basis.

Based in our Brisbane CBD office overlooking Southbank Parklands, this role offers a hybrid working model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) and the opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic, supportive People & Culture team.


About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager - People Systems and Data, you will play a key role in supporting operational workforce requirements across Queensland.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll manage recruitment coordination end-to-end, support hiring initiatives, and partner closely with site and operations leaders to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.

You may also have the opportunity to attend client sites to support high-volume recruitment campaigns and provide frontline recruitment support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of roles and industries (resources, healthcare, education and more)
  • Support high-volume hiring campaigns and talent pipeline management
  • Source, screen and assess candidates via phone and digital channels
  • Manage interview scheduling, onboarding and compliance checks
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely hiring outcomes
  • Provide market insights on hiring trends, competitor activity and salary benchmarks
  • Respond to recruitment-related queries and provide excellent candidate and stakeholder experience

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, resilient and people-focused, with a passion for recruitment or HR.

This role is ideal for:

  • Someone with previous recruitment coordination experience, OR
  • A recent HR graduate looking to build their career

You’ll also bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in high-volume/bulk recruitment (highly regarded)
  • Familiarity with ATS or recruitment systems (desirable)
