Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize product formulations with a focus on performance, stability, and qualityResearch and evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and new technologiesStay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and consumer preferencesSupport scale-up activities and collaborate with production teamsConduct stability, and performance testingWork cross-functionally with Marketing teams, Scientific team, Procurement teamMaintain accurate documentation (formulations, trials, reports)Ensure compliance with local and international regulations Requirements3–5 years of experience in formulation / product developmentBackground in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldStrong knowledge of formulation techniques and raw materialsHands-on lab experience and analytical mindsetDetail-oriented with strong documentation skillsTeam player with excellent communication skills

- Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and consumer preferences
- Support scale-up activities and collaborate with production teams
- Conduct stability, and performance testing
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing teams, Scientific team, Procurement team
- Maintain accurate documentation (formulations, trials, reports)
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
Requirements
Requirements- 3–5 years of experience in formulation / product development
- Background in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of formulation techniques and raw materials
- Hands-on lab experience and analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
