This is a great opportunity to join a fast‑paced projects team working closely with customers and suppliers to prepare commercial tender documentation.

You’ll be the backbone of project tendering — helping to keep quotations moving, data maintained and communication flowing smoothly across internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Prepare and submit compliant commercial project quotations.
  • Maintain quotation registers, databases, source lists and project records
  • Communicate requirements and updates with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Archive project files and follow up on outstanding documentation.
  • Support timely, accurate and compliant project submissions.
  • Assist with project-related enquiries and deliver responsive support to the wider network
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and successful project outcomes

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Confidence using technology (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, web‑based tools).
  • Ability to work autonomously while supporting a busy project team.
  • Strong customer service skills and a solutions-focused approach
  • A willingness to learn and develop your career with Rexel
