Plan and develop the Project Quality Management Plan, including the Inspection Plan, to monitor and audit quality activities across project phases, ensuring compliance with customer contracts, legal requirements, and company quality objectives
Define project quality objectives and measurement methods based on contracts and company targets; regularly track results and coordinate corrective actions for unmet targets
Plan and deliver project quality management awareness training per PQP and monitor training effectiveness
Plan and control project quality audit activities according to contracts and company procedures
Plan, track, and control project nonconformities in line with contract and company procedures
Analyze and report audit findings and nonconformities to identify systemic quality issues and risks, providing input for continuous quality improvement
Conduct investigations of project quality incidents, prepare investigation reports, and track corrective action effectiveness
Serve as the primary external quality management contact for the project and communicate effectively with project quality stakeholders
When assigned as PIPM, perform PIPM duties as specified in project contracts and procedures
Perform additional tasks assigned by department supervisors or administrative duties as required
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering)
Extensive quality management experience in EPC / MEPF projects, including managing construction of high-tech facilities, power plants, Data Centre, or advanced manufacturing plants
10-12 Years Experience managing cross-cultural teams in EPC projects
Strong communication, strategic decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Location: Any Location in India (Initially planned for Jamnagar for 12-18 months).
