Job Overview
We are looking for an experiencedQuality Supervisorwithrelevant automotive experiencewho isproactivetowards positive change and has astructured approachwith owner‑mentality to achieve success together with the team without micromanagement.
In this role, you will contributedirectlyto the stability andcontinuous improvement of our quality processes. You will support and guide a skilled team, support corrective actions,lead internal audits, and ensure that our productsconsistently meet customer expectations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, takesinitiative, and values collaboration, and long‑term quality excellence.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Implementation, coordination and monitoring of necessarycorrective actionsto achieve quality goals
- Supervisingquality control activitiesof the team and taking the lead ininternal audits
- Assess if products and production systems meet customer requirements and take action for corrective measures if needed
- Analyze reliability based on cost, design, weight, production capability and material availability
- Coordinate technical standards, quality control and reliability programs to optimize resources
- Preparation of reports on a regular basis
Ideal Background
- Relevant technical college or university degree
- Internal auditorexperience
- FluentEnglishand Hungarian, both verbal and written
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Understanding of core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, 8D)

- Prior experience with soldering would be a big advantage
