Job detailsApplication formQuality Control Manager Rogers-O'Brien Construction is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team and lead QC/QA programs on mission critical projects averaging 60+ Megawatts and $400,000,000+. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the quality standards on complex data center projects, with a focus on civil, structural, MEP systems, and building envelope performance. This is your opportunity to make a direct impact on some of Texas' most critical construction projects.What You'll Do· Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan· Lead team of Quality Managers and Project Engineers responsible for field inspections of delivered material and installation across all construction scopes· Lead and Manage Trade Partners and 3rd Party Testing Agencies to ensure adherence to the Project Quality Control Plan· Facilitate Quality Meetings to review open quality issues and anticipate upcoming work· Interface with Owner QC Representative to track quality metrics and ensure adherence to owner’s Quality Control Requirements· Manage and track construction deficiencies from identification through resolution, maintaining a live deficiency log in Procore and related systems What You Need· 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in QC, superintendent, architect CA or field engineering experience· Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)· Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite· Experience with mission critical, semiconductor, oil and gas, healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred· USACE Construction Quality Control Certification preferredApply for this positionAutofill from resumeSave time by uploading your resume.
