Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Key responsibilitiesTest Planning and Coordination:- Develop detailed test plans based on program requirements.- Coordinate test activities across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.- Ensure test environments, data, and tools are prepared and available.- Ensure alignment with program goals and stakeholder expectations.Stakeholder Alignment and Coordination:- Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related activities.- Collaborate with program managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.- Regularly update stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.Test Execution & Monitoring:- Oversee execution of test cases, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.- Track progress, oversee defect tracking, resolution, and reporting to ensure quality standards are met, and escalate issues promptly.- Facilitate daily stand-ups or status meetings during the test phase.- Ensure proper test coverage and adherence to established testing protocols.Reporting:- Ensure proper documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.- Provide clear and timely reporting on test progress, defects, and risks.- Prepare phase-end summaries and contribute to go/no-go decisions.Risk Management:- Identify potential risks and dependencies related to testing activities.- Develop mitigation plans to address risks proactively.Required
