QA Automation Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites
• Create and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
• Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze application changes and update automation assets accordingly
• Work closely with functional testers, business analysts and developers to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Support release validation and production readiness activities
• Contribute to automation best practices, framework enhancements and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Playwright, Typescript and proven track record of automation Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Karate)
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g. Playwright) and scripting languages (e.g. Typescript).
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and testing methodologies.

• Knowledge on Swagger REST API
