Job Summary: Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), able to OTLocation: WoodlandsSalary range: Up to $2500 Aws + Bonus + Company TripsJob Description:Create a Purchase OrderKeep track of orders to ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with internal divisions to ensure the quantity and quality of received itemsVerify vendor’s invoice with purchase order and delivery orderDiscuss product quality concerns and any other inconsistencies with suppliers.Monitor warehouse stock inventory level to ensure sufficient stock availableMaintain updated records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.Communicate with suppliers on documentation like (MSDS, product spec, etc.)Conduct a weekly inventory checkParticipate in the Annual Stock takeAny ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior Requirements: Certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalentMin 1 year in manufacturing environmentA team player with positive attitudeMeticulous and Fast learnerAble to work independentlyApplicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
