Our firm is known for delivering high-quality services and maintaining the highest professional and technical standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.Review and prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.Organize audit meetings in coordination with the administrative team and prepare all required documentation.Oversee the firm’s Annual Compliance Review, ensuring timely client signatures and document submissions.Identify and report audit-related issues, weaknesses, or potential fraud risks, ensuring clear communication with internal departments.Supervise junior audit staff and provide support during client engagements.Stay updated on relevant industry standards, regulations, and technical knowledge.Ensure all client documentation is collected, including engagement letters, authorities, and necessary searches.Contribute to the firm’s development by writing technical articles and participating in professional training.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional qualifications preferred).Minimum of 3 years of auditing experience, with at least 1 year in a senior role.Strong understanding of international accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.Proficiency in audit and financial management software.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.BenefitsSalary and Benefits:Monthly gross salary of €2,500-2,750.Reimbursement of flight tickets up to €500 and basic health insurance coverage.Performance-based bonuses.Salary increase of €2,000 in the second year of employment.Opportunities for ongoing professional development.Parker Russell Turner is a leading accountancy and audit firm with a strong presence in Malta.
