Job PurposeThe Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a project and must be competent in managing the schedule, staying within budget, assessing risk, ensuring quality and resources available. This role has includes managing multiple clients and projects, internal and external.2. Role Key AccountabilitiesClient workManaging end to end project life cycle with multi market, multi-phase and complex studiesDemonstrates good market knowledge and trends that effect our research approachesExpert at costing multi-study project accuratelyAble to build good relationships with suppliers, but also to negotiate and hold them accountableNegotiate good prices and discounts with suppliersJoin client calls / and advise clients confidently on their projectAbility to manage multiple projects at a time whilst ensuring deadlines are met and achieving a high quality of outputSupport researchers with tasks such as screener checks, questionnaire reviews and QC checks etcProactively provide timely project updates to the researchers and clientsEnsure the research team keeps to timings and complies with all PV requirements and paperworkDrive the project forward and be part of that conversation with the project lead on how to keep to timingsEnsure project teams save everything only on the relevant client SharePoint drive for all project work – nothing project related to be saved on private or non-DOS drives or desktopsEfficiency and financeDrive increased profitability and efficiency on projects; ensuring that projects are priced and executed optimallyCompliance and data protectionFollows compliance requirements including GDPR and AE reportingTakes responsibility for ensuring PV standards on projects are met and flags any risks or exposures with the research team to ensure they are rectifiedEnsure you work with the execs and freelancers/suppliers to correctly report, record and save all AE documentationA high performing, motivated team and cultureActive member of the project management team, always leading by examplesTech and AI integrationMaster the use of company-approved AI tools and use them daily to enhance efficiency and work qualityEncourage and mentor others on how to use AI effectively i.e. the creation of GPTs and the use of other tools to save time on repetitive tasksRequirements Knowledge and ExperienceExperience working with a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies across different marketsExperience in managing external suppliersExcellent organization skills; attention to detail, planning, project and time managementEnsure that we and our suppliers are compliant with industry standards with respect to Pharmacovigilance governance, including Adverse Event reporting responsibilities, on all projects you managedTo drive best practice standards in terms of processes and efficiencyWe do alot of work in Pharma, so the PM needs to ensure compliance is checked off and is right If you don't have Healthcare experience for market research, you would need commercial market research experienceWe are also open to those doing Project Management in a Media/ marketing agency as well, which could workYou need at least 3 - 5 years of experience to be forthright in your work instead of awaiting for instructionsPersonal AttributesExcellent project management skills, great communication skills, a team player, takes ownership, proactive problem solver, great eye for detail, hungry for knowledge, curious, ability to work under pressure.
