Project Manager Private Wire (Renewable Energy)
Job description
Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:
• Acting as Developer’s Representative, operate as the project’s single point of
contact for all technical and commercial communications.
• Promote and lead HSE and Quality performance in accordance with the contract and applicable laws and regulations.
• Track project key performance indicators (schedule, cost, quality, scope) and provide inputs/corrective action to ensure progress is according to plan. Prepare and follow-up local approvals and regulatory obligations.
• Evaluate monthly progress reports with an eye toward managing project risks and exploiting project opportunities.
• Prepare monthly reports for Snr. Management and the Client based on contractor reports and first-hand observation of the project progress.
• Organize & attend HSE meetings, kick off meetings and project status
meetings.
• Manage project key findings and criticalities for the timely execution of the contract.
• Ensure projects reporting, KPIs and maintain a good relationship for and in
between all project’s stakeholders (including Client, Contractors, Authorities)
• Negotiate variation orders as required, managing scope, technical issues, and commercial commitments.
• Offer technical and commercial solutions to local contractors performing project construction works.
Supervise commissioning and testing of the plant, then manage operation and maintenance, in line with set contractual objectives.
