職務内容
本ポジションでは、小規模から中規模、大規模プロジェクトに至るまで、プロジェクト実行チームの統括を担っていただきます。日々の業務において、すべての関連活動が手順、規制、標準、仕様および目標に沿って適切に遂行されるよう管理していただきます。
また、プロジェクトチームをリードし、契約内容に基づく成果物の納品およびプロジェクト目標の達成を推進いただきます。本ポジションでは、ELDS(Distribution Solutions)製品に限らず、ELSP(Smart Power) LVSおよびELSP CP製品のプロジェクト遂行も担当範囲となります。
主な責任範囲
プロジェクトマネージャーチームをリードし、プロジェクト実行方針を策定。また、社内外リソースの計画、進捗管理、モニタリングおよびコントロールを通じて、プロジェクト目標の達成を推進
国の戦略および事業成長を踏まえ、チームの人材数およびスキルレベルを適切に維持し、すべてのOBL（受注案件）に対応可能な体制を確保
プロジェクトの進捗、リソースの効率的活用、ならびにプロジェクト収益の管理・監督
プロジェクトリスクの特定・評価・定量化・管理を実施し、機会の最大化に向けた対応を推進
契約に基づき、プロジェクト完了の正式承認、契約クローズ、顧客からの受領確認を確実に実施
メインプロジェクトマネージャーとして部門横断プロジェクトを推進し、他部門ステークホルダーと連携して最適な顧客体験を提供
応募資格
ELDSにおけるプロジェクトマネジメントツールの活用に習熟している方（実務経験を通じて高いスキルを有する方）
プロジェクトマネージャーまたはプロジェクトエンジニアとして7年以上の実務経験を有する方
※チームマネジメントの経験があれば尚可優れたコミュニケーション能力を有し、顧客第一の視点で社内外ステークホルダーとの連携をリードできる方
コンフリクトマネジメントを通じて協働体制を構築できる能力が重要
プロジェクトマネジメントに関連する資格・認定（例：PMP等）または同等の知識・実績を有する方
日本語および英語でのビジネスでの業務対応が可能な方
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution team for low-medium-large size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. This role not limited ELDS (Distribution Solutions)product, but also ELSP(Smart Power) LVS and ELSP CP products execution under the scope.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading the project manager team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
- Maintain the competence and number of resource in the team to ensure to manage all OBLs by considering country strategy and growth.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
- Facilitate cross divisional project as main project manager and coordinate with other division stakeholders to deliver best experience with ABB.
Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with Project Management tool available in ELDS.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 7 years of experience in Project Manager or Project Engineer role, and preferably management role experience.
- You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around communication skill and lead collaboration among internal/external stakeholders with customer first mindset. Ability to establish collaboration sprit by proper conflicting management is key for this role.
- Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of any license or certification on Project Manager framework.
- You are at ease communicating in both Japanese and English
